Menachem Lev – the last fisherman in the Sea of Galilee – sails out on a small and sophisticated boat every morning. He came here after his army service to heal his soul and since then cultivates an unending love for this small, warm and wonderful lake. In the last episode of the first season of “Man/Land”, Menachem took Hedai Offaim and Shlomi Shaban on an adventurous tour of the Sea of Galilee, where he taught them how to hunt with their ears and explained why “no psychologist reaches the level of the water”.

While Hedai prepared a dish from Kinneret sardines that made the veteran fisherman’s jaw drop, Shlomi gave a soulful rendition of his song “New York vs. Yehezkel” in the first ever piano performance on the Sea of Galilee pier.
