He who has not seen Hedai Offaim sipping coffee in the plowed fields of the Jezreel Valley has not yet witnessed true joy. In the new episode of “Man/Land”, Offaim and Shlomi Shaban visit the crown jewel of Israeli agriculture, the Jezreel Valley, and the Carmel farm located there, the place where the five brothers of the Carmel family cultivate rare broccolini and noble asparagus, as well as a peaceful family life that can only be read about in books.

While Hedai turned the farm’s finest produce into cauliflower couscous with green soup filled with all the goodness of the field, Shlomi played “Nuri”, the most family-oriented song in his repertoire, for the Carmels.
