Parashot Behar-Bechukotai – The Dual Covenant

The Parasha presents a divine rebuke but also mentions two covenants which declare that God will not leave the People of Israel and will have mercy upon them. The first covenant is the covenant of the Forefathers, but the second covenant remains obscure and needs clarification.
